Concerning the works of the flesh vs the fruits of the Spirit

We who are of the faith of Rastafari, need to hold true to the teachings of HIM. We should adhere to the scriptures in the bible and hold the faith true. Rastafari is not one of writs nor rites but a true function of the heart, acquired through mystical incorporation. In plain words, to be born again.

Rastafari is a way of life, not a religion or organization, but a true and orthodox way of life. Therefore, it is important for we who are of the faith to walk in the spirit, and to not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

For the flesh lusts after the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh, therefore these are contrary the one to the other. But if you are lead by the spirit, you are not bound by the flesh.

For the works of the flesh which manifest are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresis.

Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelling, and such like: Of they who do these such things, will not enter into the kingdom of Elohim.

For the fruit of the spirit are not like these, but is rather: Love, joy, peace, longsufferings, gentleness, goodness, faith. It is meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And they that are of Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in HIM, let us also walk in the spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Therefore let us walk upright and truthful, living and walking in the spirit, walking in HIM. Let us hold steadfast and true to the faith of Rastafari and be a living example to our fellow brothers and sisters.

Let us not be just hearers of the word only, but doers also. Rastafari bless. Selah
